encouraged to examine what needs for services and
products are not met in society today. What are the
possibilities to create new jobs in this area? Import,
export, marketing, building networks. We will benefit
from being three co-operating countries. The
international connections will support creative thinking
and mutual learning. We will search for business areas with these needs and with possibilities of creating new future businesses and jobs for example service, computerisation and IT. Having "Företagarna", "SAF", private businessmen and labour unions in the board will be very helpful in connecting to reality. Those who want to start their own business express their business idea, test its capacity and get all the support they need to be self-confident enough to go for it. From the very first week the E-groups searched for and tried to create new demands on the labour market leading to new jobs. This way of thinking is of utmost importance and a main subject in the international connections. The Co-ordinator function and the E-group idea could be very useful in companies, organisations and authorities in improving the future possibilities and creating a better environment for the unemployed reducing illness, absence from work, elimination from labour market and outsidership. It could also be the fundament for new enterprises like consulting and new services in existing areas. A E-group could as well transform into a co-operative company. |
