Emanating
from the needs of the participants, we support them in
health-care, nutrition, exercise, advising on alcohol and
tobacco, supportive talks, group therapy, mental
training, lateral thinking, personal development,
communication, conflict-handling and flexibly planned
studies in subjects suited for the participants and
evaluations of the needs for services and products in
society.
We continuously measure
and substantiate, starting at the acceptance of the
participants, medical and psycho-social conditions
especially subjective stress, depressions, agony and the
approach to life as unemployed on the way back to
employment and corresponding issues for those who risk
unemployment. Participation is of course voluntary.

| How
can the participants benefit from the Empowerment
groups? Assisted by the group dynamics and
action the participants are strengthened by:
- Building
there self-confidence.
- Using
other people as mirrors they get a
better self-understanding .
- Regaining
and/or increasing their energy.
- The
experience of giving and receiving
support is satisfying increases
self-confidence.
- The skill
in communication and the social
ability increases.
- By
participating in network-building
every participant will feel like an
important part of a larger context.
We believe that
this model will bring the participants to:
- assimilate
new knowledge and a habit of lifelong
learning.
- create
new ideas and to see new
possibilities.
- find new
ways back to employment or their own
private enterprise in order to be
self-supported.
- get a
better quality of life.
