98. I´ts a easy to use program but still pretty advanced. But if you have a possibility
to use Front Page 2000 you might find that it is even better. If you are new on the internet maybe you haven´t heard of a program called ICQ. I have been using it for 2˝ years and I think it is a great program. And millions of people think that too. You could almost say that I am one of the pioneers in the using of ICQ.
