Claws of Darkness
The cold darkness wrapping
its fingers round my heart
Long claws pressing through the soft muscles.
Blood pores out, filling up the space
between my lungs and chest.
Suddenly the claws starts to change
cold steel with edges like nails
closing, tighter round the muscles.
I'm suddenly stiff, like if I'm in coma
The steel is closing tighter round my heart
and fills it up with sorrow and agony
Pressing small holes in every vein.
The red, pounding heart
dressed in a robe, a robe of barbwire.
A bad day....
