Rebecka Törnqvist Full name: Rebecka Maria Törnkvist Born: April 26, 1964 in Uppsala,Sweden Lives: Stockholm, and Österlen Rebecka has also lived in Afrika. She released her firs album "A night like this" in 1993, and it became a sucsess, over 100,000 were sold.

She has been called "Swedens best jazz vocalist", and with musicans like Per "Texas" Johansson, Max Schultz and Esbjörn Svensson the sucsess is given. She has recived a grammis, and been voted as one of Swedens sexiest women. The next album "Good thing", was released 1995, and the same year she made a record with singer Svante turesson, with songs by Beppe Wolgers. In 1996 came "Stockholm Kaza session", where she with Per "Texas" Johansson recorded famous jazz-songs. In february 1998 she released "Tremble my heart". She is now, together with Sara Isaksson, singer in the band Gloria
