The following pages describes my hobby project. The MP3 player that will fit my stereo rack.

The idea of this project came to life about a year ago when I and a colleague of mine where driving to work and (as usual) we were talking about what new things that has started to grow in popularity. This lead to a discussion about how to incorporate a MP3 player in the car and integrate it nicely in the home stereo.

I listen to a lot off music at home and I also tend to be sitting by the stereo playing CD's at parties. The main thing for me was therefor the "home stereo integration project".

The purpose of this page is to inspire others to build their own MP3-players and hopefully be of some help. I have absolutely no intention to start manufacturing MP3CD-players (don't ask me if I can build one for you... I don't have the time).
