Damascus Center for Theoretical and Civil Rights Studies

- The center is an independent organization for scientific and theoretic research , and consider itself as a reflect and support of the civil society in Syria via the defense of political, economical, social and cultural basic common rights in the country . The center’s policy based on respect of free thinking and insure its importance in acquiring and developing knowledge . It takes initiative and contribute in supporting private initiative. It has an interest from an analytical point of view on the issues of the Syrian Society , starting from the daily issues which touch all and every citizen.

- It seeks to maintain its aims through scientific , political and theoretical activities.

- To maintain these aims the center adopts scientific program which includes studies, practical field researches , organizing conferences and holding meetings .

- The center co-operates with non governmental organizations and societies which share the same policy with fully guarantee of its independent functions and its way of thinking.
