Land Terrestrial System also called LTS, designed by World Wave together with partners,offers to the consumer more than 120 analogue or High Definition channels on a wireless link, including multilanguage and HiFI stereo sound.
How does it work?
The satellite or terrestrial television programs,and the local video productions are transmittedd from the Digital Head End or analog Head End with a discrete omni-directional antenna to the consumers. The LTS-signal may be received up to 100 kilometers from the transmitter with a very small active antenna.
The signal delivered by LTS can be processed by any satellite TV receiver or Consumer Digital Decoder,thus allowing the viewers to keep their current receiving devices and the operator to manage subscription or pay-per-view. LTS may alos cover a wider area,such as acity or a country,by using a cellular structure,without any interference between the channels of the multiple cells.
