Story and Credits
"Reservoir is a gut-churning gangster film about violence, betrayal, friendship and violence. You won't forget it. Guaranteed!"
The story of this film is really simple, it is about a bank robbing that goes wrong and nothing else. The bankrobbing it self you never get to see, you just "hear" about it in the film.
The robbing is made by six men, hired by the boss Joe Cabott. Joe has given the men code names so no one can rat on each other.
The crew consists by:
Mr.White, played by Harvey Keitel.
The madman Mr.Blonde, played by Michael Madsen.
Mr.Orange, played by Tim Roth.
The silly Mr.Pink, played by Steve Buscemi.
Mr.Brown, played by Quentin Tarantino him self!
Mr.Blue, played by Edvard Bunker.
The bossī son, called nice Guy Eddie is played by Chris
Penn
and the boss himself, Joe, played by Lawrence
Tierney.
The first scene opens in a coffee shop where the tough guys are sitting and smoking cigarettes and drinking coffee. They are all dressed in nice black suits. They argue, joke and...just talking bullshit.
Then they walk out when the open credits starts and you see them walking in slow motion, towards the camera .

Then like BAM! The film cuts to a inside view of a car where a
screaming Mr. Orange is lying in the back seat of a car driven by Mr. White. Mr.Orange is
full of blood flowing every where, you now realize that something has gone bad, REALLY
bad!
Mr.White drives to the rendezvous, an old warehouse, where he drags Mr.
Orange into.
Orange is totally hysteric, he screams that he wants to be taken to a hospital. Mr. White wonīt do that because he knows that it is to risky. Instead White comfort him and tries to put him in a better mood.

Now Mr. Pink comes in. He is absolutely wild. "Was that a
fucking setup or what!?", he screams
"You really think we were set up?", Mr. White asks.
"Do you even doubt it? I know we got set up." Pink
answers.
A long conversion now starts between White and Pink. They start with going through what happened at the bank:
"We're in the place. Everything's going fine.
Then the alarm gets tripped. Right. I turn around and all these cops
are outside.
I blinked my eyes, and they're there.
Then Mr. Blonde starts to shoot all the em-- that's not correct. What's
wrong with it?"
"O.K. The cops did not show up after the alarm went off. They didn't show up until Mr. Blonde started shooting everybody. I heard the alarm. I saw the cops. They didn't let their presence be known until Mr. Blonde became a madman."
After a while they realize that somebody IS a rat.
The film continuos like this with more great scenes and dialogues and after a while both you and the guys in the film have gotten to know what really happened at the robbing...
Reservoir Dogs is great film! It is both funny and raw!
The film is mixed with bloody action scenes and cool, funny and raw dialogues! The scene
where Mr. Blonde (Michael Madson) tortures a cop, is highly critisized - and one of the
best in the film.
The cast is the best you can find, Harvey Keitel, Michael Madsen and Steve Buscemi, I think is the best!
If you liked Pulp Fiction you will love Reservoir Dogs!
I didn't have the time to write down EVERYTHING
that I thought is so great about this film, but Glen Byrne did! Read heīs 7 reasons why "Reservoir Dogs" is a masterpiece!
