| I used to live in Örebro, mid Sweden, which was kind of a drag but now I have moved down south to the cool west coast town called Göteborg. I like it a lot more here since all the people are big time cooler than back in Örebro. | |
| When I am not working (which I do a lot) I am working my body out by spinning,
which is a very intence cardiovascular form of exercise. An ordinary class lasts for
only 45 minutes which is all it takes to get everybody sweating like crazy! If you are going to try it do not forget to bring an extra towel to dry your face during the class... | |
