NEPAL 
This page is separated in two parts. First there is a description of the country itself and my own reflections. Secondly there is a short descriptions of the places me and my friends visited in Nepal - for more details and some pictures, use the hyperlink buttons in the navigation bar. The two links are bookmarks that take you to the two different sections of the page. Finally you can see the geographical position of the places if you press the MAP button.

These are a few places me and friends have visited
in Nepal.
Chitwan An interesting national park in the Nepalese lowlands (yes they do have that in Nepal) close to the Indian border. Got quite a few rhinos & tigers.
Kathmandu Well, thats the Capital and one of the most charming cities I've ever seen.
LangTang (and Helambu) The Area north of Kathamndu to the Tibetan border, a beutiful and not so overcrowded (with tourists) area if you want to do some trekking.
Pokhara The second (city) of Nepal, a charming little town and the starting point for the Annapurna trek or the Gendaki rafting.
KaliGendaki The river of the Godess Kali,located in the middle of Nepal. This is an excellent river for rafting. The most common stretch takes five days and covers 226 kms of the river.
