INDONESIA '97 – Komodo and Flores pictures –
Perama Island with a diameter of not more then 200m, cool!

Picture of me on Komodo Island, very untouched nature with a very old forest.
About 3m long and very sleepy, we came in early in the morning to spot the Komodo Dragons and the sun hadn't got the time to warm the beasts up yet.
More dragons, they sure are magnificent! (and ugly)

Robert in our hotelroom, we paid about 1.2USD/night for this one, that was great!
Always funny with these stamps you have to put glue on... hehe
Not a dragon but a big waterbuffalo, this is on Flores btw and did you know that a Komodo Dragon can kill these big animals?
He was funny, he always had a special price for us. I were going to shop a cowbell for my girlfriend. And every time we walked to this shop to see if he changed his mind regarding the price and bargain a little more; he always had a morning price, afternoon price, first customer price, last customer price and many more... :-)
Robert at Merpati Office on Flores. It was raining that afternoon,very much!
Robert to the left and Brian to the right, they were sitting outside a shop to wait for the Merpati Office to open and about 10 people came to check out the people from Mars that had arrived :-)
We was invited by Brian on tee and bananas at their bording house.
Me on a boat from Flores to some Island we went for snorkeling.
