Exercise 6

 

  [Fig. 238] (Pushing to the front) Start as in fig. 220. Slowly lift your hands, palms up, to chest height, breathing in.     [Fig. 239] Slowly push your palms forwards, breathing out.

 

  [Fig. 240] Slowly return your hands to in front of your chest, breathing in.     [Fig. 241] Slowly press your hands down, breathing out. You have now completed one repetition.Repetitions: as in exercise 1.
