Exercise 5

 

   [Fig. 234] (Pushing out to the sides) Start as in fig. 220. Slowly lift your hands, palms up, to chest height, breathing in.  
        [Fig. 235] Turn your palms out and slowly push to the sides, breathing out.

 

  [Fig. 237] Turn your palms over and slowly press your hands down, breathing out. You have now completed one repetition. Repetitions: as in exercise 1.
  [Fig. 236] Return your hands to in front of the clest as before, breathing.
