Welcome to my Running page! My name is Hans Nilsson and I’m a 32 years old runner born in Umeå. Right now I’m working and living in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden.
Even though I’m living in Stockholm, I’m still representing my hometown as a runner since I’m racing for the legendaric club IFK Umeå. On the left you can see me in action on a picture taken 1990 at the IFK Umeå training camp at the Canary Islands. I have been running since the age of 16. I am a true addict to the Sport, in other words (as my girlfriend Susanne refers to me) I’m a complete Running Nerd!

On the right you have another picture of me this one is from the "macho-" and "survival-" race called Tjurruset. There are many good races in and around Stockholm, my favourite race is definitivelt Midnattsloppet (The Midnight Run) which takes place in the early days of august with 16.000 competitors.
