Northern Sweden
If you like being in the quiet outdoors, Northern Sweden is for you.
There are hiking and skiing trails over most of the northern half of
Sweden. Even with the short daylight hours in the winter, it is still
exciting to see the landscapes and light.
Travel to and from the northern part of Sweden can be done by train,
but, it is more practical to use a car. There is a great deal to see
and even more things to do.
After a long day of skiing, it can be fun to go into a sauna for
a bit of relaxation. After a day of hiking, a swim can be the one
thing that can give you the perfect ending to your day.
