Hi and welcome!

      ... may I introduce myself.

My name is Rebecca and I live in Malmö. Most of the days I spend my time reading, drinking coffe with my friends and doing all that other stuff that belongs to everyday life. Lately I have discovered the joy of gardening , but I am also interested in trying new and exciting things, for instance I have tried paragliding in Germany, been watching the fish at the botttom of the sea in Turkey, and discovered that there is some difficulty in leading a conversation during free-falling, skydiving. I enjoy travelling, but so far I have never been outside Europe.

Reading tips for sunny days at the beach and dark winter nights

      • Sense & Sensibility, Pride & Predjudice- by Jane Austen.
      • The magazine Larson or Ernie. "Best of the best" is Dilbert
      • 1984 by George Orwell -still one of the best books I've ever read
      • Med glimten i ögat by Pelle Näver -very entertaining poetry by a Swedish author

Places to go (updating in slow progress)

My favourite so far is Scotland (bring thick oversocks, flannelpyjamas and a good-quality raincoat). Impressive scenery, exciting history, many things worth seeing and delicious whisky (always tastes a little bit extra  at the brewery). Around Spey there are plenty sign-posts to the various breweries. There is no problem to get lodging at a "bed & brekfast" if you don't wait too long in the evening to seek one up. At lunch-time the bar-meals are recommended, and as eveningmeal -at least once -try the Haggis.
