Introducing Tomas Mendoza
My name is Tomas Mendoza. I was born in San Francisco de
Macoris, Dominican Republic.
At the age of 19 years, in the 1975, I left the country and moved to study to
the then Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR).
I studied Hydraulic Engineering in the Institute of Engineering and Construction
of Moscow, until 1981. Then, in 1985, I got the degree of
Doctor in Technical Sciencies (Ph. D) at the same institution.
Until 1986 I was working like professor in the Nordestana University of San Francisco de Macoris
and like engineer in the Ministry of Communications and Building
of Santo Domingo.
The same year, 1986, I left the country for the second time. I returned
to Moscow where I finished a course in programming and calculation
of Hydraulic Constructions. From the 1987 alive one in Stockholm, Sweden.
