They change clicks, not impressions. It means that every two people that click on a banner, they will show your banner until someone clicks. They allow buttonsize banners. Referals are allowed. The ratio is only 2:1. |

This is a really bad one!!! First of all, the limit of the banner size is only 13kb. The ratio is 2:1, but if you på your banner on top of the page it will be 3:2. They don't sort websites, so noone clicks. The only "good" thing is that they have MANY members.(all stupid) NOT RECOMMENDED |
