This is the one I use. The design of the counters isn't very good, but the rest is. They give you a lot of sats about your visitors (how they found you, web browser, time of day and more). You also get a lot of cool options (weekly e-mail-report, number to start with...) And best of all,
NO BANNERS, NO NOTHIN'

The same creators as the counter. The options are very good and you get to decide most of the things. This is the one I use.
