This form ONLY WORKS IN SWEDEN... In the Cell-phone number text area, just type the cell phone number to whom you want to send a message to... for an example: let us say that I want to send a message to a person who uses Telia, then I type: 46706xxxxxx (if you would make the call from an ordinary pay phone (in Sweden) you would dial: 0706xxxxxx).
