Caldera have a distrubution they call Open Linux that you can start installing from windows, it also have a Graphical install that makes it as easy to install as any other OS.

German company that makes a great Linux dist...

This distrubution I wont recommend for the beginner, but if you are a experianced Linux user I can recomend it.
