Craig
and I hired a cabin with 7 other friends from Ericsson, for a long weekend
of skiing. We had an excellent time despite the -23 degrees during the
day. The skiing was excellent though, no broken bones, huge runs and plenty
of snow. Craigs' new boots went well, skiing is really his sport. I
don't know if I can accept that Craig is actually better at a
sport than me,,, he just has no concept of danger!! The "After Ski"
parties were so much fun, and as it got dark at 3.30pm they
went on for awhile. The live band played many 70s-80s swedish songs,
a few of which were from ABBA and Roxette. The
sauna back in our cabin was definitely needed each night. On the first
night after skiing the boys decided to be polar bears. They
had a sauna together and then ran starkers past us girls and my hidden
camera out to the snow for a roll. Unbelievable!!,, but
I've got some good photos!!! Us girls weren't as game,, well to tell
the truth, they were but I wasn't!!!,, so they talked me into
running out with a towel wrapped around with them for a roll. I got
frost bite in the most unusual places!!!.
