CONCERT REVIEW Title: Jonny-Boy's review Place: Gino, Stockholm Date: August 28, 1996 By: Jonny-Boy Score: 6/10 At the 28:th of August -96 I went to the Weezer gig at Gino in Stockholm, Sweden with great expectations (yeah, itīs a Kiss song...). The sad thing though, is that they didnīt really fulfill those expectations. Of course it rocked, but they didnīt look very motivated (except Matt, of course), and the singing was pretty false sometimes. Unfortunately I must say that the Posies, their "back-ups" were much better. Of course Weezer is an awesome band, but after listening to some bootlegs, and being to the concert, I must say theyīre not a great live band... Unfortunately...
