The location of the house

My house lies in the beutiful country Sweden, by a village called v:a Amtervik, not far from a city called Karlstad. There is only km to Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, and km to Oslo the capital of Norway. The house lies in a forest, not far from a lake with bathing and fishing possibilities. If you rent the house, you will live close to the the nature, and if you are lucky you might see an Elk or an Deer from the Kitchen window.
