This is simply a way of getting
started and gaining a resonable good start too! This simple strategy
i will explain in several easy steps.
1. Start to explore about 40 turns, since you are to weak to fight
at the start.
2. After you have explored you will recive land after how lucky
you was exploring.
3. The get a good base you need
to build workshops, these structures makes building faster. Built
about 200 workshops, you will need it.
4. Now you will waste fairly little Turns to build more needed
structures such.as nodes and guild
houses, to cover your mana expenses you need at least 10% Nodes
in your land. But the more Nodes you have the more mana .you
generate, i suggest you have about 20% Nodes you will always need
mana most of all if you play black or blue.
5. In order to summon large monsters to serve under your command
you need .to reserch the spells that
summons these beasts, in order to do
so you need to build guild halls. Guild halls is very

important in the start,
since you need .mighty spells to
vanquish your opponents. Built about 20% Guild halls then you
should be able to reserch new spells really fast.
6. Summon some lesser monster with the mana you recived when you
built the nodes, they will be needed if someone attacks you. NEVER
leave your land undefended.
7. Do NOT build any barracks in the beginning they
are totaly useless since the units that are recruitable
in these are very expensive and quite lousy. Barracks are a waste
of land and money.
8. Try to use all your 200 Turns on buliding and exploring. After
this you should try to attack someone small and steal his land.
After that you should reserch as much as you can.
9. Now you should have a fairly good start, enjoy!
And don't forget! do not step on Dwarfs!
