JPEG Wallpaper is free. You may use it and copy it (in its original archive) as much as you like. You may NOT change it in any way. The program is distributed as is. Simply copy the executable to a directory of your choice. The program lets you select a JPEG file to use as your desktop wallpaper. It then converts this file to a Windows BMP file and stores it in your Windows directory. It also has the ability to set the desktop wallpaper.
This is a first test version of the program.
The TJPEGImage component doesn't handle every possible aspect of the JPEG file format. It should work with most files though.
I'm not sure if the program requires some DLL:s included in the Delphi package.
