Reasons why lawn mowers and lawn mowing should be banned:
Mother Earth has taken care of the business for millions of years herself,
so why can´t she continue to do so?
The homes that the yard surrounds are often so ugly that it doesn´t
make any difference on the general impression whether the lawn is mowed
or not.
It´s much more fun to sit in a comfortable chair with a nice
cold drink and listen to the birds then running around for hours like an
idiot doing something that has to be done all over again in a few days.
Regardless if the mower runs on gasoline or electricity they waste
on the earths resources and pollute the environment.
Lawn mowers are noisy and they scare the living daylights out of people
when some crazy neighbour starts up the bloody machine at 7 o´clock
on a sunday morning.
The relationship between neighbours deteriorates. See above.
Parents becomes unbearable when they´re nagging on their children
to mowe the lawn all the time.
It simply looks ridiculous when a grown up person chases a lawn mower
back and forth over the garden.
Lawn mowers spread particles in the air thus making a living hell for
people with hay-fever and other allergies.
They chop off the head of innocent moles, who just want to know what
all the noise is about.
The world would be a much better and friendlier place to live
in if lawn mowers and lawn mowing were totally banned. Please sign this
