Here is the solution to the puzzle, in case you did not make it yourself!

This one just may be the hardest one of all. Though it's easy, it may be
quite impossible to find the correct solution. One will get stuck with the
thought of cutting one of the rings in each pair of three. Instead, the solution
is to cut a hole in each of the three rings in one of the pairs, place each one
of them at the end of one of the other three pairs so that we now have three
pairs of four rings with a hole at one end of each of these pairs... And VIOLA!
Suddenly it is possible to connect all rings to one whole bracelet again!

Now that you have learned the truth yourself, go out and harrass other people
