But we've been waiting too many years already, so we'll do this for starters... OLD STYLE WEEKEND 25th - 27th of July 2003 Bergs Festplats, 10 km south of Uddevalla on the Swedish westcoast only 80 km north of Gothenburg. It's an all outdoor event for hot rods, kustoms, motorcycles in '30s - '50s American style plus original American cars up to 1956 model. Entrance fee is 250 SEK for the whole weekend incl. campingsite and showers. There will be live music both nights, food and drinks, record stalls, crazy people and a lot more... We'll have a barber and pinstripers and... There's a WILD HILLCLIMB race on the Saturday at DEVILS PEAK !!! Those who wants to race can only register at the site. No pre-registrations possible. Only 32 vehicles can run, so be there in time ! The visitor parking next to the hill is restricted to the same cars as the meeting. Racing fee is 50 SEK If you come in a car newer than 1956, a non-American car or like-wise, you're very welcome to the meeting, but you have to park at the visitors parking (ca 500 m from the site). There's a camping field, toilets and showers. Note that it's very simple conditions, but THE TOTAL Rockin' Rollin' Car and Bike meeting in the WORLD ! NOTICE ! Gates don't open until 1 p.m. Friday.
