THE HIMALAYAS
August 21 through September 7, 2003
At the banks of the Ganges and the grandeur of the Himalayas. The workshop starts in August 21 at Rishikesh in a beautiful Ashram on the banks of the Ganges. The duration of the workshop is 17 days. Santhi will guide the participants in yoga asana, pranayama and meditation besides giving talks on kundaliniyoga, swarayoga and raja yoga. From Rishikesh the group will travel to Jyothi matt, Badrinath, Kedarnath and Gangotri in the upper Himalayas.
