School of Santhi is a spiritual organisation inspired and guided by Santhiprasad. For Santhi relaxation is the base, observation the key and meditation the process. And to go beyond is Freedom.
Santhi was born in India in 1948. He has been travelling all over the country since 1974. In his travels he came across many great and remarkable men from whom he learned the spiritual wisdom of India. In due course, he formulated his own system of practice with the blessings and guidance of the late Bhaskara Pillai Swami. In 1993 he established School of Santhi in India and later in Sweden and Italy. He has been travelling and teaching in Italy since 1993 and in Sweden since 1997.
School of Santhi in Trivandrum offers morning and evening classes in yoga asana, pranayama, withdrawal of senses, concentration and meditation. The school entertains only small groups to ensure personal attention and care.
The school is open to both Indians and foreigners. Students from abroad are offered peaceful and homely residential facility at the school.
