Emad El-Tai was born in 1951.He comes from a famous artist family in Iraq.
Already as a child he won a prize in an international art exhibition for children. In Baghdad during four years. He devoted himself to art studies. Still more six years of art studying which resulted in a masters degree in art.
In Sweden he has mostly worked as an aesthetics teacher.
