Terms and Conditions Eva and Eric Branteby is responsible for renting and that you: u will get confirmation of reservation u will get a description how to get to Brantebyn and that you will get a key to the road barrier at the main road. u will get information about any changes that will concern your reservation. u can use the cottage from 3 pm on the day of arrival to 12 am on the day of departure. The booking is binding as soon as we have confirmed your reservation and that you have paid the registration fee. You will pay a registration fee of SEK 500 per week if you book 40 days in advance. The registration fee shall be paid within 10 days from the day you will get the confirmation of the registration. The registration fee is included in the rent. The rest of the rent shall be paid at least 40 days before arrival. If you book within 40 days the rent shall be paid within 10 days. If you do not paid the rent in time we have the right to cancel your reservation. A cancellation must be done through mail or e-mail. We are obligated to confirm your cancellation. If you cancel the reservation 40 days before the day of arrival you just have to pay the registration fee of SEK 500. If you cancel your reservation within 40 days before the day of arrival currant laws are in valid if there is no other guest waiting. You have to take good care of the cottage during your stay and are obligated to follow the currant rules. If something is broken you have to replace it before departure. The deal between you and us will discontinue immediately if: 1. you or someone in your company behave disturbing. 2. you or someone in your company are damaging the cottage or the surroundings. 3. the cottage is not use for the right purpose. If the deal is broken you have to move out immediately and you have no right for repaying for the reaming time of your earlier reservation. |
