work

The songs on the new album are written by mattias beijmo
All of them, except polarity, were composed during mattias long, sinful trip through europe. While moving around he delibaretely put himself in situations that would inspire him to write. polarity is a remixed track from the promotion-cd "nofo".

Dolores was recorded at spoket, gothenburg, evil b, koping and quest, uppsala
spoket = spökstudion, evil b= evil bertil, quest = a livingroom (nice one)

Engineered by mattias beijmo, malin lindh and thomas hedquist
When malin and the others were singing and playing, mattias was managing the mixerboard. And when mattias sang, malin took his place. Thomas recorded in uppsala.

Mixed by thomas hedquist and mattias beijmo at quest
The mixing took a lot longer than expected, and blew the budget as well. But it's the result that matters, and it came out satisfying. In it's places it's even in stereo...

Produced by mattias beijmo
Hitler personified

Mastered at cd plant, malmo by staffan olofsson
Soundfreaks might be interested to hear that nothing much was done when dolores was mastered. Only a small dipp in the high base-area and a fine fairman-compression ( significant on "wings that work").
