uganda and kenya
here we come!

So we're on our way to Dubai, United Arab Emirates right now, where we will stay overnight before going on to Uganda.

At Zürich airport Grace was stopped as she had a pair of scissors in her bag. The security lady got the scissors out and asked Grace where she was going. Grace told her she was going to Uganda on a missions trip. And the lady starts telling her that she used to live in Kampala and that Uganda is a very beautiful country - and as she does that she starts handing the scissors back to Grace and she was allowed to take them! PTL!

Elin read this note >>> without looking at the stickers and seriously wondered how on earth placing a sticker on your seat would make it more comfortable!

DUBAI - oh our goodnesses! We got out from the airport and on to a shuttle that took us to an AMAZING hotel. The rooms were huge, bathrooms huge, and the beds... well maybe not huge but they were definitely big. We got a "light refreshment" when we arrived, breakfast and lunch buffets the next day, had a good night's sleep and nice showers. And this is outreach with YWAM!? GOD IS SO GOOD!

"Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows." (James 1:17)

We just had a short stop in Nairobi, Kenya, and are now on our way to Entebbe, Uganda. As we descended to the airport of Entebbe, Miss Genevieve Nel commented: "The bugs fly against the windshield."
Nice. So that's our first impression of Uganda! :-)
