mityana
Grace left for surgery in the morning. After praying for the trip and for each other,
seven of us left for Mityana. Benjie also stayed behind to rest and heal.
The trip to Mityana
was a bit scary since we were in the accident, but we
arrived safely and got to the place we would be staying. It was a nice
place.
Nixt up was a Jesus march through Mityana. According to Trevor, a Jesus march is
where you march and you say Jesus. Well, we did march - or walk - at
least some of us, but we did not say Jesus that much. We had the sound system
on the back of a blue truck (which we by the end of the Mityana trip would be
more familiar with) playing songs and some rode on the back of the truck while a bunch
of people walked in front or behind it. More people would join as we walked along.
We all really enjoyed it.
When we got back to the school/church we were based at we set up for a mini crusade. We did Life
(Michèle did the talking part that Benjie normailly does), Genevieve and Emily
shared and then it was Spiritual Warfare feat. Michèle Itten! It was very cool.
I always though Swiss people should do rapping. Then it was the altar
call and praying for the sick. Laura had a bit of a stomach ache and so Elin
prayed for her and she said it felt better!

JOSHUA, DREAMS AND PLANS
In the morning we had intercession for the India team. We prayed for health,
hygiene, unity, that they'd share with each otehr
what they're going through, and for Victoria especially.
In the conference at the church, Robert (from ConnectAfrica) first
spoke on Joshua 1. Then we had a slot and first did Come and meet with me
and Holy is the Lord, then Rick preached on Reality and Truth - the hammer.
It was very good. Genevieve then tied it together with Joshua 21:43.
In the afternoon we had workshop. Rona spoke about dreams and plans -
how it's important to not only have a dream but also to have a plan on how to go through with it. She then split the people
up in groups and each of us was assigned one group.
We had a time of discussion about dreams and plans, which was really cool.
At night we had a crusade again. We did some of our skits and Genevieve and Michèle
felt especially for the children and talked to them about broken families.
Info from the Praise House: Benjie has a headache. Grace is up but in pain.
