I felt that I had to put up a link to the Adobe official site, because it is their software that I mostly use. They have some great photoshop tutorials to.

Phong.com is one of the sites that I found most usefull when I was in the learning state of photoshop. Their tutorials are great. They also have a section called "desktop", check it out. | ||||||||||||||||||

I haven´t checked this site out that very much. But what i saw was worth puttin up a linkage to. They call it "The web developers resource" and I guess thats the best way to describe it. Not much art, but good tutorials for photoshop,
