Joanna Nicklasson-Mlynarska is an educationist, editor and author of several textbooks in polish and travel guides. She also translates and teatches polish, gives lectures, organizes exhibitions, seminars and study trips to Poland and works as a consultant for swedish companies establishing in Poland. She is a member of different author societies and has received several scholarships. She has also been rewarded by the polish president Lech Walesa with a medal for her efforts in promoting polish culture and science abroad.
