And who am I? Well, I am a Swedish woman born in 1956. My interest over all, is Native American people. That is why I have named my site as I have.
Since I was a little girl I have been fascinated in Native Americans.
Don't ask me why, it just is!
About 14 years ago I had the opportunity to go to an Indian reservation in USA, and there I stayed with a Native family and studied on a Native American college.
That was the most amazing experience of my whole life! It totally changed my life. Since then my life is Native Americans. I read books about their lives today and how they used to live, about their religion, culture, their way of life? Everything I can get my hands on.
I collect postcards with Native Americans, I search the Internet to find whatever I can about Native Americans. I have been visiting the US several times and got a lot of friends over there. And i save all the money I can, because I have to return, over and over again.
I have started to make Native American influenced earrings;
If you would like to look at some of them (I have many, many more), click on

I think Native Americans, dream about them and talk about Native Americans. I am a pain in the ...to my friends about this.

Justice has always been very important for me. Indigenous people all over the world has their rights and all of us has to do what we can to reclaim this justice. That's one point of view of my justice feeling. Another is my political point of view. Ever since I was a kid I have been a socialist. And I will keep on until I die!
My political point of view walkes hand in hand with everything else; talking about justice, solidarity, taking care of Mother Earth, feeding everybody who is living on this planet.... I could go on and on for ever, but let my web site and my links speak for me. (Do not forget to go the Hungersite! )

Besides all that I read a lot. Both fiction and nonfiction, thrillers, novels, and of course about Native Americans! I started to go the library very early, influenced by my mother. We went there almost every week, and was loaded with books when we came home. Every week! And so it still is - I have at least three books going on at the same time.

I also write poems - for my drawer. But sometimes I have got a few of them published, so if I get the time I might do a poem site....
I like to see movies, both on TV and in the theater. (Yes of course there are lots of films about Native Americans. But then it is real ones - those with natives in the cast and with a real story.) But I also like Humphrey Bogart and Spencer Tracy. In contemporary films I have lots and lots of favorites, so I cannot mention them all now.

Of course I listen to music, and my taste is very varied. Some of my favorites are: Compay Segundo, Buena Vista Social Club, Bill Miller (Native American who sings modern, progressive lyrics), Beatles, Rolling Stones, Joan Baez, Pete Seeger, Kingston Trio, Jon Bon Jovie, Meatloaf, Dire Straits, Bob Dylan, Tina Turner, Donovan, and many, many more.
The IT-era has changed my way of life. Through my computer I can keep in touch with friends all over the world, and I have found new friends on the Net. I collect Native American postcards, and buy them mostly on online auctions.
I find jewelry, music and videos and I also have found old friends on the net.
The computer has become a kind of addiction ... I need it every day!
