KOCOVERK flight line Air Conditioners for fighter aircraft offers the very latest in air cycle technology. These units are made to operate in a wide range off ambient temperatures and they will satisfy the ground air conditioning requirements for military fighter aircraft like JAS 39, F15, F-16, F-18, Rafale, Mirage, EF 2000, Tornado, MiG, Sukoi, F-4, etc.
Our air cycle system consists of gearbox, dry screw compressors, expander, heat exchanger fans and control valves and driven by electric motor or Diesel engine.
The air cycle technology eliminates the use of hazardeous refrigerants like freon. There are also as an option air start capability with our system. High discharge air pressure and very low discharge pressure is possible with our system.

AIR CONDITIONING UNIT
Our unit can be truck, trailer or skid mounted. Due to the high discharge air pressure the unit is ideal for hangar installation to service one or two aircraft simultaneously and in production line for fighter aircraft to test avionic and electronic components. The system is very precise in keeping adjusted air flow, air pressure and temperature. Very low temperatures can be achieved in order to reduce the total air flow demand. Our system will outperform any other system on the market.

AIR START/AIR CONDITIONING
Kocoverk unique air cycle system can also offer a dual purpose Trolley with Air Start capability and Air conditioning. This will one unit instead of two with a much smaller footprint. Due to the screw compressor technology enough air and pressure is achieved for engine start .The air cycle system will provide environment friendly Air Conditioning with unbeatable performance. No freon is needed or used.

CORE UNIT
Our air cycle system can also be delivered as a kit to any Ground Support Equipment manufacturer. The kit consists of the following components for electric motor drive or Diesel engine drive: gearbox, dry screw compressors, expander, heat exchanger, fans, oil pump, water separator, electric control and valves. The system will be designed according to customer specification for maximum performance and durability. Each system will be tested before delivery.
