Every drum is a handicraft, carved in a way that will give the best sound according to what kind of drum that are going to be built.
The thickness of the skin, proportions, the rings, the diameter and stretchabilities of the rope, amount of loops, tuning and so on,
are all important details for the final product -- the Drum.

The skins, from goat or cow, are controlled by veterinary in Sweden and Kalebassi is a licensed importer of skin at the Department of Agriculture.
