The course is, as previously mentioned, a 2 year education and all tuition is in english. The course is started twice a year (fall and spring) and the tuition is free but you have to pay a fee for using copy machine, fax, telephone and the internet. 2 modules (1 semester 2 and 1 semester 4) are taught at an university abroad. The students have to finance travel, accommodation and food expenses themselves.
