	Management Trainee Internship within the Conference & Congress and the Food & Beverage department. Five of these months I was working in the F&B department. During the last two months I was responsible for the day to day operation of banqueting. The hotel is a 4-star hotel and has 451 rooms.

	Waiter, headwaiter and bartender in the a la carte restaurant and sometimes in the Bistro and Pub. Åre is the largest ski resort in Sweden. The Åre Björnen has two hotels and five areas with cottages. Alltogether the Åre Björnen has approximately 1500 beds.

	Dining room waiter. Silver Wind is a 5 star plus cruise-ship with worldwide itinerary, carrying 296 passengers. Silversea cruises was voted to "Best vacation destination in the world" and "Best cruise-line of the year" 1996 by the readers of "Condé Nast Traveller", USA.
May 1996- Aug 1996	MS Motala Ström, Rederi AB Götakanal, Gothenburg, Sweden
	Waiter, Bartender, Cook. The vessel was sailing Jazz, Murder- and Mystery and charter cruises in the archipelago of Gothenburg. MS Motala Ström was also chartered for conferences, weddings, and incentive & company parties.

	Waiter. The hotel has 133 rooms and is a first-class business and conference hotel. Regular duties at conference lunches, dinners and banquets. The hotel has exhibitions and theme dinners connected with these as well. Dinners and banquets for 10-300 persons.

	Receptionist, ordinary duties of a 150 room hotel. Every second week I was responsible for the nightshift.

	Waiter and bartender within the different restaurants and bars. The restaurant operation of this hotel includes regular lunch, Business lunch, Bistro, First-class restaurant, Banquets, Bar, Nightclub and conference lunches/dinners. During the summer there is an open-air restaurant as well.

	Youth-trainee program. The company develops computer aid for the construction industry. I serviced an online electronic price bank from a computer.

	Military service. My position: Tank Platoon Leader, including cadet school at Revingehed. Command and lead three tanks and the crew.

Career goal:	To become a successful F&B manager, and in the future to become a successful international Hotel manager.
