Meet the skippers of
the S.S. Näslund!
Regina is 29, and stays at home with
Noah, Chloe & Brody by day. By night, the
telephone line is busy while she downloads her
e-mail, chats, and surfs on the WWW.
Nicklas is 31, and works with computers by
day for the police district. He works long hours,
but comes home ready to build with legos, chase,
tickle, and change diapers.
The truth is that they don't really live
on a tropical island. They live in a nice town in
Sweden named Växjö (pronounced
"Veck´-shuh"), where Spring is dancing
in with longer, and warmer days.
Nicklas is Swedish. Regina is American. Their
romance began at a Swedish university,
during Regina's college year abroad. They
feel very fortunate to have found each
other in this big, wide world, and will soon
celebrate eight happy years of marriage.
