Closeups April 99
Here is a picture showing the state summer 1998:
At the center is the main station, at this end leading down the double track, via the "Paradestrecke" to the hidden yard. At the remote end, all tracks lead to the left, to the smaller table. The right tunnel leads to a single track, a loop, and back again through the middle tunnel. The left one takes the secondary line via a goods yard, (left of the picture), and back again climbing up along the wall, and around the mountain in the foreground, ending at the station at top in the background. The metal net will be covered by stripes of wet paper, and decorated with colour and others.
And here follows some pictures taken by a railroad friend in october.
Not much paint yet, but some landscape structures are finished. A long goods train is leaving the main station, pulled by my friends big loco. It's a DRG 96 loco, with 4+4 driving wheels, each group of wheels with separate cylinders.

There is more paint now, but most decorations still missing. I'm missing a bridge which has been ordered but not arrived yet. And I'm not in a hurry, a hobby must be fun first of all. In the foreground you may see another of my friends train, with the Olympic rings.

At last, the bridges have arrived in january -99
A forest has grown up also, but now all the details remain. Down to the right is the operator's place for the analagous control of the catanenary, and a few other controls not needed to be controlled from the computer.
