Interests
Sports
I don´t
do sports on the elite active kind of level anymore to start with
but still sport regularly anyways. I have been doing football
as a kid then I played hockey for a few years, all when I was
a little boy then I started senior level I started paddle and
that became a major interest of mine until -92 when I quit as
I took the step up from Jr to Sr. I started playing fotball in
an inter-company football league just for fun. I´ve been
nominated the admirable task to guard the rectangular box from
that mischievous little round leatherobject they call the fotball.
I have two theories therefor, 1) I suck as a field player : ( or 2) I´m so
incredibly good as keeper : ). I also play indoor bandy, also
on a friendship level but not in any league of any kind.
Film
That is an
area I enjoy a lot. I prefer action & thrillers and my friends
sometimes says if it needs no brain to follow I like it*L* I don´t
complain about that, but I must reply that with the fact that
I get very annoyed at movies where people panic all the time and
makes the worst thinkable actions just to really mess things up,
most of the times the normal person wouldn´t act taht way
but in movies they do it just so that there can be a movie I guess.
It needs to be said I find this to be the case more often with
american productions than european ones. Don´t misunderstand
me an think that I dislike american movies cause i don´t,
they still make so many good movies too but they have a little
sad view on the human reasoning ability, that´s all. And
there´s only one name I need to mention. Nicolas Cage!
Roleplay
Roleplaying
has been one of my hobbies since i was twelve years young. I still
play but the games has changed and not least progressed from that
time. I don´t mean the complexity of the games has changed
that much it is more the history behind them and such that has
evolved and grown. Back in the old days I played games like Dungeons
& Dragons and a swedish game that was called Mutant that became
Mutant 2 and finally totally remade into a completely ne game
wich was called Mutant chronicles. I don´t play any of these
games anymore even if they still brings back memories occasionally*S*
Nostalgia, nostalgia, you beutiful feeling*L*. As I grew older
I came in contact with english or american games such as Rulemaster,
Call of Chtulu wich is a great horror game I must say that really
brings out the darkest. Best played during a stormy rainy night
with only candlelight as lightsource*shrugs*. I´ve also
played Shadowrun, Cyberpunk, Twilight 2000 and Recon and a bunch
of others. 1992 I came in contact with Vampire the Masquerade
that tried to change the roleplaying gaming a little. The intention
was to get away from to much dicerolling and concentrate on the
acting of a role instead. I could go on on this subject for long
time but will not, the space needed would take me forever to write.
I like the game and hold it as my favourite one still. When I
bought myself a computer and internet connection I came in contact
with online gaming at various places but came to stay at Chathouse,
where there are a whole section of rooms only for roleplay of
various kind. They are I think however all related to the World
of Darkness wich is the world in wich VtM is part of. The rooms
don´t go strictly after the World of Darkness system, freestyle
and Ad&D are common too. Here are some characters I play there!
