TWO WORLDS
Written by Greger Rönnqvist

This is a strong debut album from a Prog Metal band from Sweden with influences of Dream Theater and Queensryche. Maybe you could say that they are a Dream Theater clone, and you could criticise that they aren't that original. That was the negative things, here's the positive.

The musicians are skilful and the singer is a little bit reminiscent of James La Brie of Dream Theater. And although he don't reach the same high standard as James La Brie, he's isn't a bad singer at all. Most notably is the bass player that is very talented.

The best tracks are "Caught in Reality" and "Two Worlds".

I think that Timescape have the ability to make it big and I'm sure that their next album have the capabilities to be a very strong album. You can't really expect a debut album to be perfect, but this is close.
