Stratovarius has build up a very large fan base around the world in it's years of existence, but a document which proves this wasn't available yet, until this years release of "Visions Of Europe". The title says it all, it was recorded in Europe during the "Visions"-tour, to be precise in Milano and Athens in September 1997. It's a double CD with 14 songs and one (great!) soloing frenzy on it. The sound is perfect for a live album, it's raw but with every instrument in balance, and the public can also be heard. The crowds are very enthousiastic and are singing along with every chorus (highlight: "Forever"). All killers of Stratovarius are included on this album, and so it can very well be seen as a compilation of their best work.
