This album is an expensive item for Royal Hunt fans, because it's a Japanese release only. So if you want it, it should be imported. But it's worth the extra cash. When looking at musical appreciation only their must be no better country to live in than Japan. They all love traditional heavy metal and prog so much, they even broadcast concerts of the biggest bands (Dream Theater) live on prime time television! What a wonderful world...
Live albums recorded in Japan always have something special, and the sound is without exeption perfect (remember Deep Purple's Made In Japan or Blind Guardian's Tokyo Tales). This Royal Hunt release has the same qualities, the sound is perfect and the song material is great. The band members play their progressive hardrock as if nothing changed since the roaring seventies, when solos and epic songs weren't uncool yet. Atmosphere is the keyword here!
